Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after the date of delivery.
1. Items must be in their original, unused condition, including vacuum-packed items, unless a defect is identified after opening. A proof of purchase is required.
Due to hygiene reasons, items must be:
- Unwashed and unworn
- Clean and unused
2. Approved returns will be refunded via store credits only. We do not offer cash refunds.
3. For clothing, kindly size up if you are unsure of the fit, as exchanges or refunds cannot be processed for sizing issues to hygiene reasons.
Defective Item
We sincerely apologize if you receive a defective item. Kindly note that the following are not considered defects:
- A variance of 1-2cm in measurements listed on our website.
- Slight colour differences due to variations in computer screen display.
- Differences in print placement on individual pieces.
- Loose threads or cotton fluffs. These can be carefully trimmed. Rest assured, our cotton fillings are non-toxic and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Certified.
In the event of exchanges / refundable made, courier charges will be borne by the customer, and the original delivery charges are non-refundable. To get a refund, your return must be accompanied by the original sales invoice.
